What’s happening at Peachtree Walk!
New Maintenance Person~ Please welcome Jason Bryington to Peachtree Walk. He has been a very nice addition to our staff and has been working hard to complete the 5th Floor remediation project as well as performing many other technical and organizational tasks.
Mulch & Pine straw~ Fresh mulch and pine straw has been placed around the buildings and in the pool area and courtyard.
Elevator Reservations~ We have received the new elevator pads for both buildings which will be placed in the elevators during every move or delivery. Please read the following elevator rules carefully:
1. All elevator reservations must be made 72 hours in advance.
2. Moves and deliveries are allowed Monday-Friday, no weekends, and scheduled for 9am-12pm OR 1-4pm only.
3. New owners must provide a $350 refundable deposit which will be refunded if there is no damage during the move.
4. Renters must provide a $150 non-refundable move-in check and a copy of the lease and a $350 refundable deposit check which will be refunded if there is no damage du ring the move.
***No renters will be allowed to move in without a lease. All ISTA billing will remain the owners name and be sent to the owner.
Bike Rack Inventory~ For all bike owners, we will be taking a bike inventory over the next 60 days. Please look for a red letter on your bikes in the next week with instructions for the inventory. All bikes that are not claimed in the next 60 days will be stored and then donated.
Storage Units~ There are 2 storage units available for resident use in the A Building and 1 unit available in the B Building. Rental cost is $50.00 per month. See Annie for details.
Entry Code for police and fire department~ The police and fire department now have coded entry to the building for everyone’s safety.
Resident Unit Keys~ Please provide a key to your unit to the Management office for emergencies. We have developed a three step security system that only the manager can access. If an owner does not to provide a key to their unit, the owner will be responsible for the cost of a lock smith in the case of an emergency. The Peachtree Walk governing documents allow the Association to request a key to be used for emergency situations.
Vision Night Club~ For any information on Vision Night Club go to: MidtownAtlanta.org. The next two meetings will be: NPU-E, Sept.1 @6:30pm at Peachtree Christian Church and the City of Atlanta License Review Meeting at City Hall on Sept. 22. Check the web-site above for more details.
Next Board of Directors Meeting~ September 14th at 7pm in the Clubroom.
