One bedroom homes receive one parking tag. Two bedroom homes receive two tags. If you plan to buy a home here, parking tag(s) and access cards should be conveyed at closing. If you plan to rent, your landlord should provide the card and tag prior to your moving in.
All moves must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance and must be completed Monday through Friday from 9 AM TO 5 PM. No moves allowed on Weekends. Call Annie Christman at 404-892-7400 to schedule your move. We will arrange for gates to be opened, elevators to be padded, doors locked back and direction on elevator use.
New renters MUST produce a lease and a non-refundable $150. move-in fee prior to moving in. Check should be made payable to: Peachtree Walk COA and presented to property manager prior to move.
Access Cards: All gates require an access card for entrance. New owners should receive access cards, parking tags and a copy of the condominium documents from the previous owner at closing.
Parking Tags: In order to park in the residents parking areas, you must display a current parking tag in your windshield. New residents should be sure to get current parking tags from the previous owner or tenant. Peachtree Walk strictly enforces the parking policy. Vehicles be towed if improperly parked.
New residents should complete a Resident Profile and E-mail it to the management office. Once your resident profile has been received, your name and telephone number will be added to the callbox directory.
